Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The monthly plan cancels at any time from your account settings. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, the subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops renewing, so you keep access for the days you bought.

The annual plan works the way prepaid annual plans normally do. It is a twelve month term paid up front at $999 per user, and cancelling stops the renewal rather than refunding the remainder. It stays fully active until the term ends. If you are not sure yet, start monthly. The annual price is a discount for committing, not a gate on features.

The 14 day trial cancels without a charge. A card is required to start it so nothing breaks the moment the trial ends, but if you cancel before it finishes, nothing is billed.

There is also no fee sitting behind the subscription for us to claw back. Because BrokerDam does not charge a setup or onboarding fee, cancelling does not trigger a bill for implementation work you already used.

The part that matters more than the billing terms is what happens to your book. You can export your contacts and deals at any time, and signed documents and their certificates download as PDFs. That applies on your way out as much as it does on any ordinary Tuesday. The client relationships in your account are yours, the deal history is yours, and none of it is held back to keep a subscription alive.

That is the same reason import is free at the other end. Bringing your book in and taking it out again are two halves of the same commitment. If BrokerDam keeps your business, it should be because it is doing the work.
