How much does BrokerDam cost?

BrokerDam costs $99 CAD per user per month. If you pay for the year up front it is $999 CAD per user, which works out to roughly two months free. Pricing is per seat, so a solo broker pays for one seat and a brokerage pays for the number of agents it actually has.

There is one plan. There is no starter tier that hides the useful features, and no enterprise tier you have to call someone about. Every account gets the CRM and the seven stage pipeline, the AI Underwriter, e sign with certificates, client and realtor portals, email campaigns and automations, feature sheets, client ready calculators, booking pages, document storage, AML and FINTRAC tooling, commission tracking and two way text messaging.

Two things brokers usually expect to see on the bill are not there. The first is a setup or onboarding fee. You can create an account, import a book and start working the same day, and nobody charges you for the privilege of getting started. The second is a messaging add on. Texting is part of the plan, not a separate line item metered against a communications vendor, so following up by text does not carry a running meter in the back of your mind.

Every account begins with a 14 day free trial. A card is required to start the trial so that nothing breaks the moment it ends, but nothing is billed until the trial finishes. If you cancel inside those 14 days you are not charged.

Compared against the stack most brokers already run, the arithmetic is usually the easy part of the decision. A CRM, an email platform, a scheduler, an e sign tool, a texting service, a design subscription and a document portal add up quickly, and each one carries its own renewal date and its own login.
