Finmo sync is planned, not shipped

Where this stands

Unlike some origination platforms, Finmo documents its API publicly and lets teams generate their own access tokens. That's the ingredient that makes a genuine integration possible without a partnership negotiation: you would be able to authorize BrokerDam yourself, from your own account, and revoke it the same way.

We haven't built it. There is no Finmo connection in BrokerDam today, and you won't find one hiding in settings. We list it here because brokers ask, and because a roadmap item stated honestly is more useful than a logo on a page implying a connection that doesn't exist.

What it will do when it ships

• Connect with a team-level token. You generate the token in Finmo and paste it into BrokerDam once — stored server-side, revocable from either end.
• Sync applications. Applications arrive as deal records with their amounts, dates and property details, landing at a sensible pipeline stage rather than the top of the board.
• Sync borrowers. Borrowers and co-borrowers become individual contacts linked to the deal, so texting, reminders, renewals and marketing all have someone real to attach to.

Roadmap order follows demand. If Finmo is where your applications live, say so on the contact page — every broker who tells us moves it up the queue, and we'll email you when it's live.

In the meantime, file import brings your Finmo book across in one pass, and the Velocity integration is live if you also submit there.

Frequently asked questions

Is Finmo sync live today?

No. Finmo sync is planned and not yet available. Nothing in BrokerDam connects to Finmo right now, and we would rather say so than list it as a live integration.

What can I do in the meantime?

Use file import. Export your applications and contacts from Finmo, upload the file in BrokerDam, map the columns once and confirm. Deals and contacts are created and deduplicated against what's already in your account, so you can run your whole book in BrokerDam before the sync ships — and re-import later without creating duplicates.
